We all want
to believe that more is possible. A different life. A new career. A healthier relationship. A dream that hasn’t happened yet. But before you believe in the possibility, you have to believe in yourself. Not because you are fearless. Not because you know how everything will turn out. But because you trust that you will show up. That kind of trust isn’t given. It is earned. Every time you keep a promise to yourself. Every time you do the difficult thing instead of the comfortable one. Every time you finish what you started. Little by little, you build a relationship with yourself. You begin to realize, 'I can rely on me.' That quiet confidence doesn’t come from positive thinking. It comes from lived experience. From showing yourself, again and again, that you are capable of doing hard things. Believing in yourself isn’t a feeling. It’s a practice. One promise. One action. One day at a time. And once you know you can trust yourself, possibilities stop feeling like wishful thinking. They begin to feel like a future you are capable of creating.
