Sometimes, it's easy to think everyone is out to get you, especially during tough times. This way of thinking can make you constantly look for negative signs, which can be really tiring and stressful. But the truth is, most people don't have bad intentions, and always looking for the worst can stop you from seeing the good in others.
Changing this mindset takes effort, but it's worth it. Try to remind yourself that most people are kind and want to help. Think about the times when someone has been nice to you, like a friend listening to you, a stranger's smile, or a coworker helping you out. These moments can be easy to miss when you're focused on negativity. By paying more attention to these positive experiences, you can start to see the world in a better light. Trusting people more doesn't mean ignoring real dangers or being gullible. It just means giving people a chance and understanding that everyone has their own struggles. Being more empathetic and understanding can create a kinder world for yourself and those around you. The attitude you put out there often comes back to you, so try to believe in the good, and you'll start to notice more of it in your life.
