Frequency Notes

It almost always comes back to self-love.

If you look closely,
most struggles
don’t begin
where we think they do.

People-pleasing.
Perfectionism.
Weak boundaries.
Imposter syndrome.
The constant need
to prove yourself.

They often grow
from the same place.

A quiet belief
that you are somehow
not enough.

When we don’t believe
we are worthy
of love,
respect,
or peace,
we begin
to live accordingly.

We say yes
when we mean no.

We work harder
than we need to.

We settle
for less
than we truly want.

We search
for validation
that never quite lasts.

Not because
we are weak.

Because we have forgotten
our own value.

Self-love
isn’t loud.
It isn’t perfect.
It isn’t standing
in front of a mirror
trying to convince yourself
that everything is wonderful.

It is much quieter.

It is speaking
to yourself
with kindness.

Resting
without guilt.

Keeping promises
to yourself.

Doing ordinary things
with integrity.

Walking away
from what diminishes you.

Little by little,
you begin
to trust yourself again.

And something changes.

Not because
life becomes easier.

But because
you stop believing
you have to earn
your place in it.

Perhaps self-love
isn’t something
you have to create.

It is simply remembering
that you belonged
all along.
