In addition, she studied Fine Arts for one year at VIU. She recently completed a sound healing training certificate in 2023.
Annica’s passion is to bring healing to people who have been through stressful experiences, suffer from anxiety or depression. Through art life coaching, energy healing and art therapy, she helps her clients find alternative and creative therapies to bring them back to their natural state of well-being so they can lead happy and healthy lives.
Her straight-forward approach and heart-centered practice helps her clients reveal their most authentic selves in a safe and creative environment.
Before devoting herself to her new vocation, Annica has been counselling veterans and individuals from all walks of life for the past fifteen years. She brings this experience into her healing sessions for a well-rounded approach to practical and spiritual healing.
Outside of work, Annica loves to paint as often as she can- it has become her obsession! Also, as a heartfelt gesture, she donated 24 paintings to Nanaimo Youth Services, where she once worked. She hangs out with her adorable Frenchie named Stella and she and Stella can be found out on nature walks and hanging out by the ocean as much as possible.
On Sunday mornings, you can usually find Annica sitting at her kitchen table listening to music and starting a new painting. Her passion and dedication to her family, friends, clients, as well as to Veteran’s mental health awareness and animal welfare are foremost her most important values.
She wants to leave behind a legacy that screams that she was a caring, creative and strong woman who left the world a better place.
