― Roald Dahl I love seeing the magic in life, but lately, it has been tough to find anything positive. The world is going crazy and corruption is everywhere. However, I remember when I came to Canada, went to university as an international student, enrolled in fine arts for a year and explored my creativity. That was a time in my life when I was living in magic. One night, I stood on the patio, looked at the full moon in the late 90s and connected with that energy. We (my friends and I) went out that night and I knew, in my chore, that something magical would happen. And it did. Since then, I have believed in magic, but you have to fight for it. You have to find it because it does not just appear. You have to get out there and connect with nature, over and over and over again. Blessings <3.

Be authentic. Be authentically you. You are already perfect. Being authentic saves time because people know where you stand and they can trust you. Stop being fake and bring in confidence to stand tall in who you have become. After spending time with authentic people you won't spend unnecessary time thinking about and feeling about the time you spent with them because you know they were real. If they have a problem with you they would tell you...to your face! As a result it is very easy to spend time with an authentic person. Being authentic means coming from a real place within. It means that you are being yourself and not trying to be somebody else. It is when your actions and words are congruent with your beliefs and values. So with your flaws and all, being authentic and ok with who you are is the best relationship builder there is. No more excuses for being you! <3 |
