I am starting my days with yoga stretches and deep breathing. Then I take my cup of coffee and look out the window.....and just listen to the outside 'noise'. Usually it is very quiet in the morning and the evening and during lunch it gets a little bit louder. I love the quiet, yes my tinnitus is there as a background noise and it can be annoying at times but nothing can take away the solitude sipping my coffee, looking at the lake and listening to mother nature. I deeply and will forever love you mother earth. Thank you.

Do not be afraid to fully and wholeheartedly fall in love. I have been cheated on by men in the past but I have to remind myself to keep my heart open and to fully feel the love and give myself permission to love again... Love is the main source of happiness and we have all walked the path of broken hearts. Falling apart is part of life. Mantra: my heart is open to receive (I have a hard time to receive sometimes) my heart is open to receive, my heart is open to receive and my heart is full to give as well. I am loved, I am loveable and I am loving. <3. We got this :)
Some people can immediately put you at ease, they are one with themselves and they know who they are. You want to bask in that energy forever. But you can also get to that point, that calming, peaceful no stress vibe. Surrender, surrender and then you surrender some more—the art of allowing. Let yourself receive without always pushing for things to happen. If you find yourself hyper, the people around you and especially children will mirror that energy right back to you. Pushy energy will attract frantic energy and peaceful energy will bring calmness. You know exactly what people you like and don't like and it all comes back to your vibration.
We will be alright if you get your mindset in the right gear. Get a grip of your thoughts and try to stay on the 'light' path. If our hearts are small, the smallest incidents from others can enrage us. If we expand our hearts, we are capable of treating others with compassion and empathy.
Happiness can't be attained by fulfilling superficial desires. Happiness can be attained by being mindful. If you focus your attention on every single movement of your body and forget your eventual destination and the reason you're trying to get there, you'll begin to understand what happiness is. Same with noticing your breathing. When you focus on your breath, your heart rate will slow down immediately. Give yourself caring kindness with each breath you are taking for no specific reason, just do it. Mindfulness is about experiencing and appreciating the present moment. When we are listening to the present, we begin to notice how much beauty there is in the world. We can appreciate the joys of something as simple as a blossoming flower or a bumblebee. |
