I try not to fill my home with unnecessary noise, such as having the TV in the background. I used it as a friendly noise maker and to cancel out my tinnitus, but now I want to create a sacred space that honors silence and mindfulness. I love playing my gongs and frequently use other sound-healing instruments. I can notice a significant difference after using the devices; my energy field and the energy in my home are being cleansed.

Yet, amidst the chaos, the importance of remaining authentic to oneself cannot be overstated. During times of turmoil, the world needs genuine voices, individuals who are unafraid to express their thoughts and feelings. The frequency you're on is meant to be yours!
It's not a bad thing to want other things. It's just that sometimes, the universe has other plans for you. And that's okay—that's why we have free will. But when you start holding on to things and people that are not meant for your frequency, that's when things get tricky.
You may think: "I'll just hold on tighter!" But when the universe tries to show you something, it doesn't give up easily. That's why it will keep sending messages until they start getting through.
If someone has been in your life for a while but then disappears, there are two possibilities: either they're not meant for you in this lifetime or there was something you needed from them and now it's time for them to leave your frequency once again so that new opportunities can come into play! Either way, don't fight it—the universe has plans for everyone and everything around us. And those plans may arrive at different times or even simultaneously!

I have always strived to be myself unapologetically, so it is tough to connect with others when people are out of alignment and when the world is out of alignment. We live in a world of anger and uncertainty, so I understand why this is happening.
I have to remind myself to be patient, but when my patient is runneth over, I cannot pretend anymore. I am not good at pretending. I know I have triggers to work on, and I don't expect others to be like me. So I also have some work to do, and until then, I will choose the company I feel most drawn to and grow from there.
The truth is liberating. If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember all the lies you've said in the past. As such, speaking the truth will create room for freedom. And when you live in freedom, it's much easier to be happy.
We're taught that we're supposed to keep up appearances and put on a show for other people, even when we don't feel like it. And we do that because we think it will make us look good. But what if it doesn't? What if you look bad because you lied? When you get caught in a lie, the person who caught your lies will never look at you the same way. Lying is a waste of time and detrimental to your future.
But what if there was another option? What if there was a way to be honest with yourself and others without fear that someone would find out and reject you? What if there was a way, to tell the truth about who you are without worrying about getting caught or having anyone judge you for revealing the naked truth behind everything that makes up YOU?
It's possible! It's called authenticity—being honest with yourself and others regardless of the consequences—and it's something we all have inside us. We're all born with it, but somewhere along the way, we lose it. We're afraid of judgment from others, or perhaps we've just forgotten how great it feels to be 100% ourselves all the time. But I promise: it is possible to get back on track. To live your life authentically.
You don't have to make excuses for yourself about why you act like this or that person or why something happened or didn't happen. You don't have to lie about who you really are or try so hard to fit into some mold that doesn't fit right. You no longer have to hide behind masks—you can strip them off and be free!
