Mysterious shadows.

Have you ever experienced those fleeting moments when you catch flashes of white or notice mysterious shadows in the corner of your eye? If so, you're not alone. Many people have reported similar occurrences, which could be a glimpse into the energies surrounding us. I have seen plenty lately. 

The white light flashes might indicate spiritual presence or positive energies. 

The energy in our homes is constantly shifting. The energy in our homes can be influenced by our emotions, levels of stress, and even our activities. Taking time to cleanse our homes through smudging, decluttering, and sound therapy, can help create a more harmonious environment. I love playing my gongs and frequently use other sound-healing instruments. I can notice a significant difference after using the devices; my energy field and the energy in my home are being cleansed. 

Also, the energy in our homes reflects ourselves and the energies we bring into our space. We can create a beautiful sanctuary encouraging and supporting us with gratitude and love.
