Letting go is the first step to moving forward.
When you're feeling stuck, trying to hold on and figure out what went wrong is natural. But this wastes a lot of time and energy—it won't help you get unstuck.
We all need to sustain and improve the life we may have previously taken for granted because of how drastically our world has changed. When you're feeling stuck and frustrated with your life, it can be hard to know what to do next. You might feel like there's just no way out—you might feel like everything is too much for you to deal with. And sometimes, letting go is exactly what you need to do to move forward. Letting go doesn't mean giving up or quitting altogether. It means making room for new experiences and opportunities that will help bring joy into your life again!
I have used the Sedona method for years. I started following Hale Dwoskin in 2009, reading the book and listening to his seminars. I think this method is hands down the best strategy for letting go. I recommend that you research or YouTube this method as it could be too comprehensive to talk about in one paragraph.
Let me know what you think about this method!
