If you're like most people, you've got some blind spots.
You know what I mean: there are things about yourself that you don't see because they're so ingrained in your personality or way of being that it's hard to recognize them as a problem. You may even be able to see them in other people, but not when they apply to YOU. The problem is that these blind spots are holding you back from achieving your goals and living the life you want to live. So how do we fix them? Challenge yourself to change the ways of thinking and acting that keep you stuck in problem situations. If you're ready to make a change, here are some steps to get started: 1. Identify the problem situation. 2. Think about how you've handled this situation in the past. What worked, and what didn’t? Research the topics that comes up as a barrier (low self-worth, fear of failure, fear of success). 3. Consider new ways of approaching the situation that offer more options than those that have worked in the past.
