I am all about talking brainwaves and going deeper!
Brainwaves are a way of measuring the electrical activity in your brain. The four main types of brainwave are Beta, Alpha, Delta, and Theta. Alpha brainwaves are related to creativity and daydreaming, Beta waves appear during deep thought, Delta/Theta waves appear during deep sleep, and Gamma waves are related to problem-solving, joy, and compassion. Alpha brainwaves are associated with the creation of new ideas. They're also linked to relaxation, memory enhancement, and stress reduction. Beta brainwaves are associated with high alertness levels and critical thinking skills. They're also involved with memory retrieval and processing information quickly and accurately. Delta/Theta brainwaves occur during sleep when our brains are most restful. These waves are linked to dreaming as well as improved mental health.
