When you're in your comfort zone, it's easy to get complacent and settle for less than what you're capable of. But if you stay there too long, you'll never be able to grow or change for the better—which is why it's important to push yourself outside of that zone sometimes.
Not sure how? Start by getting out of your head and into your heart (or gut). If something has been on your mind, but it seems too hard, scary, or out-of-reach, ask yourself why: What are you scared of? Why can't you see yourself doing this thing? And then ask yourself if those fears are really valid—or if they're just in your head!
Sometimes what holds us back are our fears and misconceptions about ourselves. Once we realize this, we can start taking steps toward breaking free from our comfort zones and achieving our goals.
