Pain can be a tricky thing to deal with. It's hard not to let it take over your life and make you feel like you can't do everything you want. I know how that feels—I dealt with a bad back issue for a while, and it was tough to get up and go about my day when all I wanted to do was sit the pain out (never works).
I always wanted to get up earlier and have a routine but I didn't 'have to' do it, but now I do. Without my morning yoga routine, my days would be sedentary, and there's no way I would go down that path. Imagine not going for walks and being active in the paradise I am living in!
So now, every morning before work, I have an early morning routine that is helping me feel better mentally and physically. It's all part of creating a long-standing, sustainable mental and physical health routine. Now I have the morning routine that I always wanted, which came packaged differently, so be careful what you wish for lol.
