Find calmness sitting in your frequency.

The more you're in a state of calmness, the easier it will be for you to feel your home frequency.

If you deliberately quiet your body, it will sink through distorted surface vibrations more quickly. Shifting vibrations will calm you asap. Removing yourself from left-brain, linear, analytical awareness will often help you relax. Moving to the right brain and artistic, beauty-oriented, intuitive perception, your energy softens and opens. It's more relaxing. Calming your body and raising your vibration can also occur when you perform repetitive, smooth moving, like walking, running, tai chi, and swimming. In addition, it's calming to perform repetitive actions, such as rocking, tapping on your body, breathing consciously, saying mantras, kayaking or drumming.

Painting gives me that repetition by mixing paint and then doing the same repetitive movement working the canvas.
