It's easy to get bogged down in what we don't have. We focus on what we're missing and think about all the ways other people have it better than us. We think about what's wrong with our lives, and so we end up feeling bad.
But you know what? You can change that! If you stop focusing on what's missing, or even better: focus on what's right about your life, you'll start attracting more of it. Just relax and let the results show up. Focus on the good stuff, even if it seems small or insignificant. When you start paying attention to everything that is working in your life—even if they seem small—you'll see how much good is happening around you every day. And when you come from a place of gratitude instead of despair, things start getting better really fast!
