Negative beliefs are a tough thing to get rid of, but you can do it!
To start, observe your negative beliefs. What do you say to yourself when you're feeling down? What do you tell yourself when life gets hard? Think about the situations where these thoughts are most likely to come up and write them down. Next, create an affirmation that counters each negative belief. If you fear making mistakes, use an affirmation like this: I am strong, capable and well-known as an expert in my craft. That will be pushed back by another negative belief in your mind (that's how the brain and ego work), such as nobody cares about what I do. Then repeat your affirmation: I am strong, capable, and well-known as an expert in my craft. Another negative thought: Nobody will come to my events. Then repeat your affirmation: I am strong, capable and well-known as an expert in my craft. And continue until the negative beliefs are cleared and gone. It will take time, but it's worth it! Make two columns: one for your affirmation and one for your negative beliefs. You will use the same affirmation but the negative beliefs will present differently.
