I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who feels like Sunday is the start of another week, which means Monday is coming up fast.
But this time, I decided not to let my mind get bogged down by Monday-related thoughts. Instead, I scheduled everything light on Monday so it would be easier to ease into the week (I did some work on Sunday to make sure Monday was a lighter day, and I prefer that).
The best decision ever!
I felt much more relaxed when I woke up on Monday morning and could enjoy my day without any stress. It helped me get into a good mindset for the rest of the week!
