Paradigm shifts.

Change is slow and gradual, but that doesn't mean it can't be exciting!

This is especially true when you're making a paradigm shift. (A paradigm shift is defined as "an important change that happens when the usual way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.”) 

We know that making any change in your life can be difficult, but it's important to remember that this is just one of many changes you've made, and it's not the most important one. You've probably had to make a lot of big decisions before now. And if they were challenging at the moment, they're probably worth remembering as some of the best decisions you've ever made! 

It's also important to remember that even though it may feel like change happens slowly, there is always movement happening around us—and that movement makes things feel different over time. Maybe living at and for the moment instead of the future will help make the paradigm shifts happen sooner.
