True happiness comes from living in the moment and not worrying about the future. It's easy to get caught up in plans, goals, and expectations. We think about what we will do or want to be, but we often need to remember to appreciate where we are right now.
We need to remind ourselves that this moment is all we have—and it's enough. When you start paying attention to the present moment more often, you'll feel more content and less stressed about life in general. You'll also find that you have more energy for whatever challenges come your way because your mind isn't bogged down with things you can't control anyway.
