I know it can be hard to let go of the sadness you're feeling right now. Sometimes, it feels like it's never going to go away, making you feel like there's no point in trying to move forward with your life.
But I want you to remember this: emotions are temporary. They come and go, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's normal for them to show up sometimes, but eventually, they will dissipate, leaving behind a space where something new can grow.
So don't get too caught up in the sadness—instead, allow your body time to adjust, and then take some steps toward moving forward with your life again.
