In life, we often find ourselves caught up in a whirlwind of expectations – what we should do, how we should act, who we should be. But what if we tried something different? Instead of constantly pressuring ourselves with "shoulds," let's focus on accepting ourselves just as we are. That means embracing our quirks, flaws, and all the messy parts of being human. It's about recognizing that we're a work in progress, and that's absolutely okay.
And then there's surrendering to the higher power. It's about loosening our grip on controlling every little thing and trusting a more fantastic plan at play. Surrendering to a higher power is about letting go of the need to control every aspect of our lives. It's about trusting that there's a greater force at work, guiding us along our path even when we can't see the whole picture. Surrendering doesn't mean giving up; it means releasing our grip on outcomes and allowing things to unfold as they're meant to. So, let's practice less shoulding and more accepting. It's a recipe for a more peaceful, fulfilling life – one filled with less pressure and more acceptance.
