Spark up!

It's so important to remember that there's always something to be grateful for, even in the midst of all the chaos and misery in the world.

The point is: there are always little things happening around us, even if they don't seem like much at first glance—and those little things can add up into big happiness if we just take time out of our day to notice them! 

The other day, I was listening to an online influencer recommending a jar of happy colours—the little things that make up our lives. She said something about body lotion, and honestly? When I went home and took a shower, slathered myself with this stuff, and felt my skin just soak it up like… well, like a sponge? It was like heaven. And then I realized: so many other things out there can give us the same kind of pleasure! I decided to continue to treat myself better. It makes a difference.
