When you're ready to step into your power, you'll know it.
You'll feel it in your gut, in the back of your mind. You'll hear it whispered from the trees and see it written in the stars. It will shake and rattles you awake, waking up every inch of who you are—the good and the bad—and calling for you to take action.
If you're ready to step into your power, here's how:
Take a deep breath. Turn on music and dance around your house with abandon (or even sway back and forth). Do something that makes you feel good—something that makes you feel like no one else matters but yourself. I often dance for my Frenchie Stella; however, she does not seem amused when I do it-but I keep doing it anyway. Keep moving, clap your hands, do anything to change your frequency and then take action.
Do this every day until it becomes second nature to you and using your power feels as natural as breathing.
