Take a moment.
I know you're busy and have a lot on your plate and that you're trying to balance everything out, but take a moment. Take a moment to look outside the window. Focus on the tree branch, the car in the driveway, or the chimney of your neighbor's house. Let yourself totally zoom out—drop every thought and let your body rest; just breathe. Stay there for a moment, breathing and letting go. Let go of resistance and surrender and then surrender again. Now say to yourself, "I am loved, I am lovable, I am loving." Then go back to your duties, knowing that this tree branch, car, or whatever object is your retreat/charging station throughout the day.
