Trust.

The process is never easy. But it's not supposed to be. If it were easy, we'd all be doing it.

Our resistance to change and our fear of the unknown makes the process hard.

It's important to believe in yourself, but it's equally important to believe in the process—to trust that whatever is happening right now can only lead you closer to your goal. The universe is working on your behalf; you just have to surrender yourself fully so that it can do its job. This is how radical trust works: by surrendering yourself completely, you give yourself to a higher power and allow yourself to be guided by something greater than yourself.

Step 1: Believe in the process.
 
Step 2: Do the inner work at the same time.
 
Step 3: Show the universe that you are taking the steps required.
 
Step 4: Then surrender.
