When we think about our dreams and goals, we send out energy—and people respond to our energy. The more you vibrate at a high frequency, the more likely people will respond in kind. And if you want to reach your goals, it's important to ensure that your energy is strong and clear to attract the right people into your life.

What does this look like? It means being honest with yourself about your intentions and desires. If you're trying to manifest something but are afraid someone else will judge you for it, then you're not ready for success yet—you need to be able to express yourself freely without fear of judgment or retaliation.

It also means being willing to take risks and do things outside of your comfort zone. If you're afraid of change or being vulnerable, you will have trouble attracting what you want. You have to be willing to open up if you want others to open up too!
