If I could redo my degree I would study neuroscience. I love reading about the mind and especially the subconscious mind.

95% of your thoughts, deeds, emotions and mental processes result from subconscious cognitive processes. You may not be mindful of your subconscious mind's constant background activity. The subconscious mind is often called the unconscious mind, where all the memories of everything you have ever done are kept. As a result, it affects your responses to situations, which may explain why you are shy, passive, overeat, or develop an addiction. On the plus side, your subconscious mind impacts things like your motivation, self-assurance, success, happiness, optimism, and other traits. The key is using your consciousness to positively influence your subconscious thoughts. Learning how to use the two together is a powerful tool.
