Sleep sound therapy aims to provide the perfect environment for sleep by helping you get the proper levels of light, noise, and temperature. This is important because your brain needs all the help it can get when trying to drift off into dreamland!
The idea behind sleep sound therapy is that it creates a space where your body can fall asleep quickly and comfortably. It uses sound in three ways: white noise, vibration, and music (if you want). These three types of sound are combined to create a soothing environment for falling asleep that won't interrupt your deep slumber.
